NYGC will use Send Word Now for weather-related notifications, quickly making its members aware of lab closures or altered hours of operation, as well as IT alerting and response, ensuring high-performance computing and data storage. The Alerting Service will also be used if there are physical security concerns, helping safeguard collaborators and facilities, and during other potential business disruptions.
