In recognition of Autism Awareness Month, Ivan Iossifov, PhD, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL) Professor and Associate Faculty Member of the New York Genome Center, joined CSHL’s At the Lab podcast to discuss what is known about autism today and the research aiming to decipher its origins.
The Iossifov Lab uses computational approaches to help define the relationships between thousands of different genes, work that helps us to understand the causes of common diseases including autism, bipolar disorder, and cancer.
