Center for Integrated Cellular Analysis Virtual Series Seminar
We are excited to announce our next talk as part of the Center for Integrated Cellular Analysis Virtual Series. In this series, we will discuss new computational and analytical methods for single-cell multi-omics.
Our next seminar will take place on Tuesday, March 9 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM and will feature:
Characterizing the molecular regulation of inhibitory immune checkpoints with multi-modal single-cell screens
(bioRxiv)
Presented by Efthymia Papalexi, Graduate Student, Satija Lab, New York Genome Center and NYU

The Center for Integrated Cellular Analysis was established at the New York Genome Center in 2020. Funded through the Centers of Excellence in Genomic Science (CEGS) program of the National Human Genome Research Institute, the mission of the Center is to develop a comprehensive suite of technologies and analytical methods to measure and integrate the molecular and environmental determinants of cellular identity. The Center represents a collaboration between six institutions across NYC. To learn more about the investigators, projects, and educational opportunities, please visit the center website:
