Previously, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, the independent private equity investment group of Morgan Stanley. Prior to this, Ehrenkranz was in the Morgan Stanley’s Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Mr. Ehrenkranz earned his bachelor’s degree from Brown University in 1987 in business economics. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
Ehrenkranz serves as a Trustee of Brown University, is a member of the Board of Directors of New York Cares, a member of the Board of Advisors at the Hospital for Special Surgery, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Abaarso School in Somaliland.
